A challenge of technology that keeps it old school
“Read it for yourself.” The words still echo from the past. It’s a statement of fact. Not necessarily a command. Although this may be hard to imagine there were days without smartphones. In fact, it wasn’t altogether common for there to be a phone in every house. However, if there was a phone in the house, it stayed on the wall. Everyone could tell if a phone got a lot of use. Just by looking at the condition of the handset cord.
These days, that sort of historical context can only be found in the movies. Or from grandparents. In fact, speaking as a grandparent, it’s a little hard to believe the way things have changed. For example, it’s a good bet that only a few below the age of 25, will see this article. Additionally there will not be a video. This isn’t a video site. However, there are a lot of video sites. One of the best is X. It’s in the Google app store, and has up to date video.
With this in mind, technology is a rapidly advancing way of life. One thing this site strives for, is a bit of the old school. In this context, old school is synonymous with quality. It’s also the belief in earning real quality. This is one of the features of this site. It is mostly composed of things that must be read. In fact, one of the most powerful media players known to exist, is the imagination.
A Challenge of Technology
Thanks to technology, more things are possible now, than in the days of the tethered phone. For example, it’s possible to have a phone wherever one goes. Furthermore, the phone has many other uses. A very accurate GPS navigator, a gateway to almost unlimited online resources, and much more. Therefore, it’s also a great device for downloading ebooks.

Ebooks and audio books, are great for long trips, rainy days, and quiet down time. Additionally, this site features several ebooks for download. They are exclusive to this site. And they are available in the e-book shorts menu selection. They are now in PDF easy to read format. They download directly from this site. Additionally, each story is now getting an audio version. The audio version will be on sale with the e-book, or as a separate purchase. The options will be available on the download page of the selected e-book.
The stories will have an unknown narrator. However, it won’t be a stranger. I’m just unknown, as a voice narrator. Furthermore, as each audio book becomes available it will have an update on the blog. Similarly, popular stories will get links and announcements when the audio version is ready. Additionally, there will be sample sound clips available on the download page of the selected e-book short.
The Old School
“Read it for yourself.” Once upon a time that literally meant to go read a newspaper or a book. In those days, everything had to be read. Even comics. That’s why the cereal box was a major hit back in the day. It was something to read. Something to read, while eating a bowl of cereal. All the video action took place in the imagination.
The imagination is a great place to start. Imagination is the gateway to possibilities. Stay tuned as the audio versions of the e-book short stories become available. New stories on the way. Thanks for reading.
