Mr. Werlington’s flea circus part two

What a strange and unusual afternoon it had been. From one thing to the next, it seemed as though this moment would never arrive. Mr. Werlington stares at the notice placed neatly on the kitchen table. The courier had been in a hurry, so, hadn’t remained.

Mr. Werlington had made this a special request before the council, because he believed in this work. The council had agreed. Not only with the importance of the work, but also with assigning it to Mr. Werlington.

He steeps his cup of hot tea just a bit more, before continuing. It is one of the more refined pleasures of this world. Hot tea.
