Snow Globes and 5 Minute Stress Breaks

Snow Globes and 5 Minute Stress Breaks

It only takes a few moments, and it’s free. There are times when it’s tough to remember taking a few moments. But it’s in those moments when it’s most likely to happen.

It happens rarely, it seems, or it’s experienced rarely, though it is a much needed respite, at times. The 5 minute stress break.

A stress break, is a welcome addition to a busy day. Especially when it’s been a top level, busy day. With everything that comes along with an extremely busy day, it’s a sure bet stress will also become a part of that daily leap.

Low stress

One of the surest ways to end a day like that, on a sour note, is to neglect stress reducing events. It is much easier said than done.

Yes, all the arguments point to staying on point. There’s no time like the present time, elbow grease is free, it just needs to be applied, and hard work is its own reward.

It is also true, that all work and no play, makes Johny a dull boy. All work and no play sounds exactly like a stress event in the making. It also sounds like a good time for a 5 minute break, with a snow globe.

Snow Globes and 5 Minute Stress Breaks

If 5 minutes seems a little short, make it ten. The 5 minutes is for the stress break, and a chance to stay on point, with a healthy mindset.

The snow globe is just pretty cool, and does have a swirl of bright colors, and causes a peaceful moment of daydreaming. It was an opportune element, for a 5 minute break.

Snow globes

The snow globe could be anything that causes a peaceful, momentary pause. Perhaps it’s a book, or maybe music is more effective at creating that 5 minute break.

Whatever the snow globe may be, or look like, it’s effectiveness at creating a 5 minute space of peace, is its best identifying feature. Once found, it can be used again and again, to help push through a busy day.

If there are no snow globes readily available, take heart and don’t give up. Keep searching and remember, everything becomes less stressed, with tacos. Tacos rule. More Tacos.
