Drones in the sky and the need to know

It’s a classic situation. Straight out of the movies. Drones are flying. More and more over the last few weeks, there are reports of drones in the sky. They are mysterious, and other than being visible, almost no one knows anything about their origin. Much less their purpose.

With this in mind, the words above were carefully considered. To speculate that absolutely no one knows anything about where the drones come from, is a stretch. Someone knows. Therefore, it’s safe to say almost everyone, doesn’t know. Apparently, everyday citizens are being kept in the dark. Similarly elected officials and other prominent civil servants are out of the loop.

There may be many reasons why no one knows. However, there may also be one reason why no one knows. Truth is, no one knows. Well, once again, someone knows. Probably because they are in the need to know crowd.

Drones In The Sky and All That Speculation

There is a lot of speculation on the purpose of the drones in the sky. They are mysterious, and it is unknown if they pose a threat. Or at least that’s the official word from some of the officials. From synchronized disappearances, to strange flight patterns, it’s all very mysterious. Furthermore, there are even unverified reports of strange happenings on the ground beneath the drones in the sky.

However, it is important to remember that speculation is simply that. Speculation. Or a guess. It doesn’t even have to be an educated guess, to be speculative. In order to avoid the speculation route, only facts, should be considered. In this way, it becomes clear, there are very few, facts.

One fact, is that the drones in the sky exist. Another fact is that they have been observed by more than just a few witnesses. Add to this the fact that our own government has made no official statement, either confirming, or denying the drones. And now, the actual facts, are running low.

Drones In the Sky and The Need to Know

There is probably nothing to worry about. Of course this is unprecedented. Of course it is bizarre. But no news is good news. At least that’s what somebody once said. However, this doesn’t feel like an appropriate place to withhold the news. So, why no official statement? Whose interest is served by a blatant refusal to acknowledge events?

Even with the need to know restriction, the possibilities are perplexing. Once again, it is unprecedented, therefore it is significant. Indeed, have our long lost extra terrestrial cousins from the Alpha Centauri galaxy decided to do a big reveal? Are spaceship cars about to become a reality?

Now the speculation is really flying. However, it’s unlikely to be spot on. My own Granpa used to say, “For every ten percent the government tells you, there’s ninety percent they don’t”. Somehow that feels a hundred percent right. It seems the wait and see approach, is all anyone can do for now. And also keep an eye out for the drones in the sky.
