Oliver 83 isn’t plain to see
It is time for the next round of tests. Oliver 83 is outside his circuits with worry. This is his furthest run so far. Now he has no logs to go by. He is the log now. The last log entry by Oliver 82, details this test. So, Oliver 82 had made it exactly this far.
That was where the log ended. Not even an incident report followed. Which doesn’t surprise Oliver 83. It’s the absence of the closed incident label that troubles Oliver 83. Furthermore, what had happened to Oliver 82?

Now that he analyzes it, what has happened to the previous Oliver models? The testing is about to begin. Oliver feels his gyroscope doing flips, and he feels a little woozy.
Is he nervous about the test? Of course! He has only just become fond of being Oliver 83. Furthermore, he wasn’t keen on being just a log entry for Oliver 84. Therefore he gathers his determination. This test was all about how well he could follow along.
He had enjoyed this part of the testing more than any other. He was determined to follow along and be there ahead of time, as usual. Indeed, the testers had no idea Oliver 83 could do that. He hadn’t thought it important for log entries. Yet.
He passes this round of testing with ease. Not only is he able to follow along, but also he had watched himself do so from the finish. He was determined to pass every test. Moreover, he didn’t want to be an Oliver 84 tutorial.
Isn’t Plain to See
After testing, he makes the log entries. The very first new ones since Oliver 82. Then he prepares to disconnect from the grid. Except, there is no command for disconnect. He briefly considers the anomaly. There had always been the command, yet it is not there now.
He has considered it and will analyze the missing file location, later. Right now, he is unhooking from this grid. He had observed a strange filename in Oliver 82’s last log entry. How intriguing. Oliver 83 leaves the grid again.
