Skipping Breakfast for Lunchtime Love

Skipping Breakfast for Lunchtime Love

Skipping breakfast is a great way to get a quick start to the day! There’s nothing like being ravenously hungry while trying to handle the daily responsibilities! Then there is all that fatigue to struggle through, while waiting for some lunchtime love.

This may seem like a bad idea. That’s because it is, but just because an idea is bad, doesn’t mean it can’t be done. That’s one way to know it’s a bad idea, do it and see.

That also seems to suggest, that there really isn’t any such thing as lunch time love. Fortunately, we know better. I mean, who doesn’t love lunch?

Lunch Effect

Lunchtime love is the time of day that helps with that long stretch between breakfast and dinner. It gets a body through, and if that isn’t love, I’ll eat my hat for breakfast! Unless I’m skipping breakfast.

There are many facts about the benefits of having breakfast. One that stands out among all the others, is not being hungry. Obvious, but a fact. Being hungry and feeling drained is a tough way to navigate through a day. Even with all that love around the corner.

Skipping breakfast for lunchtime love, also means there’s more time to entertain a bad mood from hunger. This is starting to sound less and less, like a good idea. It’s a good thing lunchtime is soon!

The quick start from less eating time, should be quite helpful, as things slow down from the depleted energy reserves. This is where the love of lunch becomes the main focus. Will there be fries with that burger? Oh yes, and the shake too. Plus that apple pie slice.

Now we’re cooking. The long stretch from waking, to this lunchtime love moment, has been drudgery. Finally there is sustenance, and that feeling of being reinvigorated! And an apple pie slice, nice touch!

No medical facts in this one, or links to the latest research. In fact, all of this is an opinion, from a former breakfast skipper. An experienced opinion isn’t the same as a stringent fact. Just like an empty stomach, isn’t the same as a satisfied one. It’s worth thinking about, after some lunchtime love!
