Thrift store treasure healing
(Chapter Four) It never failed. Always at this time of year, it could be counted on. As regular as the seasons. Kendra steps over the deepening puddle. She is on her way into the thrift store. And the rain is falling even harder, if that’s possible. She angles the umbrella to better shield against the blowing rain.
It has been raining steadily for a few days. However, that isn’t unusual at this time of year. What was unusual, were the intense storms. They had been numerous and a couple had been severe. Kendra dodges another puddle, as she makes it to the covered entrance of the thrift store.

She stows her umbrella in a waiting buggy just outside the entry doors. As she enters the building a loud clap of thunder blasts. The lights of the store flicker and dim momentarily. Kendra gives an involuntary jump at the loud reverberating sound. Furthermore, she hustles quickly into the building.
From the front of the large building she angles toward the back. She has a meeting with the manager, who sets aside certain of the new arrivals for her. As she walks the aisles she notices there are even more odds and ends than usual. She makes a mental note to do some looking later. After, she gets her business done.

Her business is finding things that may help people. Many of those she helped, were unable to go to the thrift store themselves. Therefore, Kendra brought the thrift store to them. So to speak. Additionally, she had the advantage of knowing some of her clients. So she was able to look for specific items. The kind that interested specific souls.
Thrift store
With this in mind, she was picking up a box of items the store manager had set aside specifically for her. Her clients this time are from several different medical clinics. And all of them share an interest in the same type of items. Old second hand paintings, and drawings.
She smiles as she nears the back of the store, it was exciting to thrift shop. It was the same as hunting treasure. One never knew what they might find.
Her box is waiting, along with another shorter box, it also has her name on it. Surprised, she quickly peruses the smaller box. And she notices smaller paintings and drawings, along with a couple of older, well worn, crafted wood boxes. She frowns slightly. She hadn’t mentioned anything about boxes.
Especially not crafted wooden boxes that appeared to be old. However, she feels pleased with the paintings and drawings. Therefore she loads both boxes in her buggy, and makes her way back out into the storm. Her drive home is slow. The storm is relentless and it’s later evening before she’s home and settled in for the evening.
Treasure healing
As she relaxes after dinner she feels delighted with the paintings and drawings. However, the boxes are strange. Or, one of them is. One, of the two wooden boxes, is a decorated jewelry box. The woodwork is ornate but nowhere near as amazing as the second box. Furthermore Kendra feels transfixed by the ornate carvings and exquisite craftsmanship of the second box. It is quite literally breathtaking in its workmanship.
With this in mind she has still been unable to open the box. She feels certain it opens, however, she has been unable to do so. She looks the box over carefully, again. The carvings are truly spectacular. The designs must have some purpose, they are too exact not to. The only design she is able to discern, with any certainty, are two words carved into one of the sides of the box: Incipimus iterum
