What does your thingamajig do?

Do you have a thingamajig? Is it in your kitchen? What’s it for? There is one in almost every kitchen. A thingamajig is either one of the most useful things ever, or it exists long forgotten, in storage somewhere.

One valuable attribute the thingamajig has, is its desirability at a specific time. Cool ideas are like that. They come along at a good time and fill a specific need. Furthermore, when the idea is really good it can be a life changer!

What does yours do?

Maybe it just feels like a life changer, because the idea that has changed everything, is so useful. But does that mean every thingamajig has lifelong value? What about replacements or improvements? These days it seems like everything gets upgrades.

With this in mind, every kitchen has that one drawer. You know the one? It has all the odds and ends in it? It also has the thingamajig in it. That’s the thing about that drawer, it’s a junk drawer. Therefore it’s unusual to find the most useful thing ever, in a place where junk is stored.

However, this article isn’t about my less than stellar organizational skills. Or how I finally found that dang thing in the junk drawer! It’s about the usefulness of the thingamajig, and what it can do.

TV

In fact one of the more interesting and helpful areas in a retail shopping place is the, ‘As Seen on TV’ section! That is the ultimate junk drawer collection area! Hard to walk away from that area empty handed. There are so many cool and interesting things there.

Furthermore, almost every item in the “As Seen on TV” section is an absolute need! With all those thingamajigs nothing will ever be impossible again! There will always be room in the junk drawer for more!
