When your burgers are burned

There are many articles on this blog about food. The goal is wellness through food health. Food is also a necessary part of everyday life. In fact, I feel hungry now. It is not unusual to discover an appetite, where just moments before there was none.

Indeed, the subject had come up suddenly. Then decided that hamburgers were going to be our meal. There are several fantastic recipes on this site about food! 🙄 Perhaps recipe attempts are a better description.

It’s possible to hear the wheels turning at times. Especially if one is quiet. We were sitting on the porch training new monsters to sing. After preheating the oven to 375 degrees, the burgers are on the middle oven rack. We have also placed them in an oven pan ahead of time (for those following this recipe closely.) Then cooked until the inside temp was 165 degrees.

The result was a delicious, not burned, hamburger patty. The ketchup was icing on the cake. So to speak. It was quite a different approach to the humble hamburger patty. However, it was delicious.
