With this in mind, it wasn’t hard to tell the young man was a strength training enthusiast. Furthermore, the question was valid. Diet is very important when considering a strength training routine. In fact, it’s a big part of the overall. Therefore, it was easy to tell these questions from the industrious enthusiast were rooted in previous research. Or something similar. For example, asking others who are experienced in the particular topic of interest.

It was a bit obvious that a simple answer was what the young man was hoping for. Something quick and to the point. In other words, no grey area. Just a straight answer. The only problem? There is not a simple answer. Or a one size fits all approach. Furthermore, it is an individual journey. The research is for guidance. The experience is earned.

It is also the reason why it’s so important to know what the goal is from the start.
